구름이가 콩이를 잠깐 쳐다보다가, 대답 없이 담장을 따라 계속 걸어갑니다.Drifter glances at Kongi for a moment, then keeps walking along the fence without answering.
체크인은 나중에 알아서 될 것 같습니다.Check-in will apparently happen whenever it happens.

10분 뒤, 구름이가 리셉션 앞으로 스스로 걸어왔다. 누가 부른 것도 아닌데.Ten minutes later, Drifter wandered up to the reception desk on their own. Nobody called them over.
밥 시간Mealtime
밥그릇 앞에 앉았다. 멸치구이를 코로 톡톡 건드려본다.Sat down in front of the food bowl. Nudged the grilled anchovy with a nose, once.

음... 이거 말고 다른 건 없어?Hm... is there anything besides this?
구름이가 세 번 냄새를 맡아본 뒤에야 겨우 한 입 먹습니다.After sniffing it three separate times, Drifter finally takes one bite.
맛이 없는 건 아닌 듯한데, 매번 이렇게 오래 고민합니다.Doesn't seem to dislike it — just takes this long to decide, every time.
식사를 마치자마자 화장실로 직행했다. 그리고 한 시간도 안 돼 다시 화장실에 갔다.Headed straight for the litter box right after eating. And went back again less than an hour later.

낯선 물건A Strange Object
복도를 걷다가 처음 보는 가구를 발견했다. 오늘 막 들어온 노트북 책상이다.While wandering the hallway, Drifter spotted a piece of furniture never seen before — a laptop desk, installed just today.

구름이가 곧장 다가가 책상 위로 올라갑니다.Drifter walks straight over and hops up onto the desk.
궁금한 건 일단 몸으로 확인해야 직성이 풀리는 모양입니다.Apparently the only way to satisfy curiosity is to check it out in person.
몸을 쭉 늘여 기지개를 켜더니, 그대로 책상 위에서 잠들었다.Stretched out long, then promptly fell asleep right there on the desk.

콩이가 "정원에 분수대가 새로 생겼어요"라고 알려주자, 구름이는 바로 자리에서 일어났다.The moment Kongi mentioned, "There's a new fountain in the garden," Drifter got straight up.

분수대 가장자리로 올라가 물을 마시고, 잠시 멈춰서 하늘을 올려다봅니다.Climbs up onto the fountain's rim, drinks, then pauses to look up at the sky.

콩이가 "쿠션 많은 해먹도 새로 놨어요, 엄청 푹신해요!"라며 안내했지만, 구름이는 별로 반응하지 않았다.Kongi also pointed out, "We just added a plush hammock too, super cozy!" — but Drifter barely reacted.

정원에서 나오는 길에 캣휠을 발견했다. 이번엔 망설임이 없었다.On the way out of the garden, Drifter spotted the cat wheel. No hesitation this time.
구름이가 캣휠 안으로 뛰어들어 전속력으로 달립니다.Drifter leaps into the cat wheel and runs at full tilt.
한참을 달리다가, 숨도 안 고르고 그대로 뛰어내립니다.Runs for a good while, then jumps off without even catching a breath.

체크인한 지 하루도 안 됐는데, 구름이는 벌써 짐을 챙기고 있었다. 콩이가 당황했다.Less than a day since check-in, and Drifter was already packing up. Kongi looked startled.
