1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Paw Tycoon ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Description of Service

Paw Tycoon is a free-to-play browser-based hotel management game. The Game is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Accounts

• You may sign in using Google OAuth or a local account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Game
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Game's servers or infrastructure

5. Virtual Items

All virtual items, currencies, and progress within the Game are the property of Paw Tycoon. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or transferred outside the Game.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. Suspended accounts may lose all game progress.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game — including graphics, code, sounds, and game mechanics — is owned by Paw Tycoon. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paw Tycoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, including loss of game data or progress.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

3. 계정

• Google OAuth 또는 로컬 계정으로 로그인할 수 있습니다.
• 계정 정보의 보안을 유지할 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.
• 1인 다계정 운영은 금지됩니다.
• 계정 생성은 만 13세 이상만 가능합니다.

4. 이용자 행동 규범

다음 행위를 금지합니다:

• 자동화 도구, 봇, 스크립트를 사용하여 게임에 접근하는 행위
• 버그나 취약점을 악용하여 부정한 이점을 얻는 행위
• 다른 이용자의 계정이나 데이터에 접근하려는 행위
• 게임 서버 또는 인프라를 방해하거나 중단시키는 행위

5. 가상 아이템

게임 내 모든 가상 아이템, 화폐, 진행 상황은 Paw Tycoon의 자산입니다. 실제 금전적 가치가 없으며 게임 외부에서 교환, 판매, 양도할 수 없습니다.

6. 계정 정지

본 약관을 위반하는 계정은 사전 통지 없이 정지 또는 해지될 수 있습니다. 정지된 계정의 게임 진행 상황은 소실될 수 있습니다.

7. 지적재산권

게임 내 모든 콘텐츠(그래픽, 코드, 사운드, 게임 메커니즘 포함)는 Paw Tycoon의 소유입니다. 허가 없이 복제, 배포, 2차 저작물 제작이 금지됩니다.

8. 보증의 부인

본 게임은 명시적이든 묵시적이든 어떠한 종류의 보증 없이 "있는 그대로" 제공됩니다. 중단 없는 또는 오류 없는 운영을 보장하지 않습니다.

9. 책임 제한

법률이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서, Paw Tycoon은 게임 이용으로 인한 간접적, 부수적 또는 결과적 손해(게임 데이터 또는 진행 상황 손실 포함)에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.

본 약관은 언제든지 변경될 수 있습니다. 변경 후 계속 이용하면 새로운 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

11. 준거법
